Terms of service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the SOFTLY EDITED online store or buy from us. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting wording.
Contact
SOFTLY EDITED can be contacted at lebonemolotsi25@gmail.com or 1144 Lantana Street, Roodepoort, Gauteng, 1709, South Africa. Include your order number when contacting us about a purchase.
Using our store
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase, or the necessary consent of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep account access secure. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, harassment or interference with its security or operation.
Products and information
Review the selected variant, quantity, size, ingredients, directions and warnings before ordering. Product photographs can appear different on different screens; goods must still match their description and meet applicable legal standards. Follow the supplied product instructions. Product descriptions do not replace individual advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Prices, payment and promotions
Prices are displayed in South African rand unless expressly stated otherwise. Review the total, shipping charges and any applicable taxes shown before paying. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Promotions apply only to the products, purchase types and conditions stated in the offer. Discounts combine only where expressly offered and supported at checkout. Contact us before ordering if an advertised offer is not reflected correctly.
Orders and availability
Review and correct your order before submitting it. We will send an acknowledgement after receiving it and communicate fulfilment or any problem using your supplied contact details. If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you with the available options. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a different product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, payments for the unfulfilled items will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements. Our Return and Refund Policy explains returns and remedies for faulty, incorrect or unsuitable goods where applicable. Contact us promptly if you want to cancel an order; dispatch does not remove statutory cancellation or return rights.
Subscriptions
A subscription involves recurring charges and deliveries only when you select that purchase option. The chosen frequency, price and applicable discount are disclosed when you purchase. Our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel future renewals. One-time purchases do not create a subscription.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may contact you about your order, payment, delivery, account or subscription. Marketing preferences can be managed separately.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Store content is owned by or licensed to its respective rights holders. You may use it for personal shopping purposes; other use requires permission unless permitted by law. Links to other sites are provided for convenience, and those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Our use of service providers does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.
Responsibility and consumer protection
We do not exclude statutory warranties, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your rights concerning defective, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods. Nothing in these terms requires you to waive rights under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable law.
Complaints and governing law
Email us with the issue, relevant order details and the outcome you seek. You retain the right to approach a competent regulator, ombud, tribunal or court. South African law governs these terms, without removing any mandatory protections that otherwise apply to you.
Changes
Updated terms will be published with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
