For return, refund or exchange assistance, email lebonemolotsi25@gmail.com with your order number or other proof of purchase, the items concerned and the reason for your request.
14-day change-of-mind returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after receiving your item. Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, with seals, labels and accessories intact. You pay return shipping for these voluntary returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. This voluntary offer is additional to your statutory rights.
Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, supplements, intimate apparel and other personal-care items do not qualify for this voluntary change-of-mind offer. This does not exclude remedies for defective, unsafe, incorrect or misdescribed goods, or any applicable statutory cooling-off right.
How to return an item
Contact us within the applicable period. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send items directly to an overseas supplier or assume our contact address is the return destination. Keep proof of dispatch. An administrative authorisation process will not shorten or remove a statutory right.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods
Check your order on arrival and tell us promptly if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect. Photos can help us investigate, but reporting immediately or supplying photos is not a condition that removes your legal rights. Where section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act applies, goods that fail the statutory quality standards may be returned within six months after delivery, without penalty and at our risk and expense, for repair, replacement or a refund at your election, subject to the Act. The 14-day limit and unopened-item conditions above do not restrict these rights.
Online cooling-off rights
Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel an eligible online goods purchase without reason or penalty within seven days after receiving it. Only the direct cost of returning the goods may be charged under that right, and payment must be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Statutory exceptions apply. Our voluntary conditions do not override this right or other mandatory protections.
Refunds
For voluntary returns, we will assess the returned item against the conditions above and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds cover the item price actually paid, after applicable discounts; original delivery charges are not refunded for voluntary change-of-mind returns unless required by law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. We aim to initiate approved voluntary refunds within 10 business days after receiving and checking the return. Bank processing may take additional time. Statutory refund amounts and deadlines take precedence.
Exchanges and subscriptions
Contact us about a size or product exchange; availability must be confirmed and the applicable return conditions still apply. Returning an order does not automatically cancel future subscription renewals. To cancel renewals, use the instructions in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy or email us.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable law. Where those rights are more favourable, they apply. Contact us if you believe your request should be considered under a statutory right.
